|Since Negative Chi is inherently the destructive nature within all beings, Positive Chi is the nurturing and live-giving portion, though any Monk will argue that one many not exist without the other.  When a Monk floods their body with this life-giving force, they can repair themselves from exhaustion and wounds, refreshing themselves in a fashion that has leant much to the legendary invulnerability of the unarmed Martial Arts.
