Many creatures have special properties that require an Alchemist to be on site to be properly harvested, meaning that often times the demand for live captures, or to raise the needed creatures themselves comes often. But a skilled enough, and a smart enough chemist can pull what normally takes a laboratory from a creature in a few moment's time.
