The ice cold beauty whose name is reverred by politicians the world over as the heart and soul of etiquette, politics and negotiation. She is a formal spirit not known for casual greetings of mortals or spirits alike she expects decorum, formal behaviour and above all respect for her station as Queen.

		+	The towering castle home of Queen Shiva is a sight to behold. Brilliant white towers shining in the starlight backed by a hulking black monolithic citadel clawing at the sky above. It is here that Queen Shiva holds her court, amidsts the eternal ice and snow of this realm of eternal night the castle is both beacon of light and fortress of solitude.

		+	Approaching the castle up the great causeway carved in the cliffs one has to pass the over a drawbridge and showing due deference to the guards request permission to enter the castle and state their reasons for visiting. Visitors will be greeted by the Seneschal who will escort them to a chamber were they may change into more suitable clothing. This means removing the thick furs and protective clothing worn outside to protect from the harsh weather.

		+	After people are dressed in more suitable clothing the seneschal will guide first time visitors on a tour of the castle. The temperature is about freezing, maybe a little below and dressed in regular clothing it becomes a true test of endurance for the mortals to not sucumb to the cold. It is a test for those who can withstand the cold are worthy to present themselves at Shiva's court. Falling to the cold will have the mortal returned to their point of origin upon Terra.

		+	After the tour guests are escorted to their suites, tailor made for them by the magic of Shiva's home. They are also warm, set at the ambient temperature most comfortable for her guests with all the creature comforts one could ever wish for. Dinner is served in their chambers or if they are travelling as a group a linked dining chamber. A restful nights sleep and access to the castle library should they feel up for some late night reading.
