A Workman's ability to temporarily enhance the affects of items in his hands.


System: Using Reinforce and expending a scaling cost of MP based on effectiveness can either increase the protective value of a piece of armor for rounds equal to rank divided by 4, increase the effectiveness of a weapon's attack power for rank divided by 6 rounds, or can make an item 50% more effective for 1 usage, but with a 10% chance of causing failure in disposable items. The items must be Reinforced before any bonus effect can be used. (possible bonus for weapon/armor, 5% + 5 per 4 ranks, totaling a max of 30%)
