System: Make a check of Dexterity+Ranged+Active/Throw Stone to hit (defended as normal by target). The attack, should it succeed, will deal (Rating/2) damage (minimum of 1) and have a (Rating*2)% chance to knock target back 1 space. Max range of the throw is 3 spaces.
