| Of all the things a thief can grab during a fight, a shield is often times the easiest. And by depriving a soldier of his shield gives one the added advantage of removing one of the more serious defensive advantages a foe can have against you. A good thief knows how to get a shield, but a better thief knows how to get it, and get away. |
