| Alkahest is the mythical name of what was also called The Universal Solvent. A reagent that can dissolve anything down to it's basic component. While a permanent Alkahest is considered the achievement of a Master Alchemist, a faster, and shorter-lived version is available to many an Alchemist as something when one needs a fast item that can destroy almost anything. Usually it's a fair warning when one sees a smoking flask that they are about to get hit with something very dangerous. |
