Some combats are less about how much power you have, but often in how you use it. By settling themselves, focusing in, and hunkering down, a Gladiator can often times soak up the blows until he sees the proper chance to strike, ignoring the pain and the instinct to lash out recklessly.
System: For three turns, lower Strength and increase Stamina. Starting at -2 Strength/+2 Stamina, increase both penalty and bonus by 1 for every 4 ranks, culminating in -8 Strength/+8 Stamina at Rank 24.
