If something isn't understood the first time, a second time is usually required. Especially when faced with a foe that an Orator has seen is weakened by something one of his allies just used. While oratory doesn't allow for a speechcraft trained individual to duplicate some of the more powerful and unique abilities out there, it does allow them to help follow up on a successful assault with more of the same. |
System: Roll Insight+Leadership+Active/Reiterate vs Roll of Previous Ally Action. On Success, Orator spends MP Cost+50% as the Ability/Spell and act as if cast at the same level. Cannot be used to duplicate Summons or Abilities that require specific equipment or circumstance to trigger. |
