Mana Focus

| Efficiency means everything in battle, learning how to do more with less, or how to make something else do more with less. Another excercise in focusing mana teaches one how to build the lattice of a spell with less inherent power for the same effect as is normal. One never knows when saving even a drop of mana will save them at a critical moment. |
| System: Decrease MP cost of spells by 1% per for every 2 ranks (-12% at max). |
