The Casino of Luck has but one entrance, a large set of walnut and glass revolving doors. Nestled amidsts the riot of architectural wonders that is the casino building they look rather sombre and severe like an upmarket hotel. That image ends the moment you step through the revolving door-way into the casino beyon. The marble foyer glows with a golden hue, the light reflecting from the massive golden pillars that support the gaudily painted roof. The music starts just before you step out of the door and into the Casino, the jaunty, enthusiastic opening bars of the offical welcome to the Casino!

It is said to be one of the most stunning, show-stopping musical numbers of all time. The dancing girls are beauties beyond compare, the man the type of handsome that sets the heart all a flutter. It is a whirling medley of sight and sound, a welcome like no other that each visitor tot he casino receives when they step through the door!
By the time they are done seranading you with music and dance you'll have a glass in hand and your luggage will have vanished. Rooms will be appointed to you on the upper-level hotel and there will be food and drink and marvellous facilities all for your pleasure! Be warned however nothing is free in the Casino of Luck so make sure to discuss the hotel costs with the concierge before hand. Once you are settled in and have made yourself comfortable hit the Casino, there are every single type of game avaliable from black jack to roulette. There are Slot Machines, their is poker and chocobo racing with the Casino having its own tracks and Chocobo stables in-house! There are prize fights between trained fiends, boxing championships in the basement or duels in the arena between warriors or mages with the betting pool for these fights being fast paced and competative.
There are also bars, cabaret acts, theatres and all sort of other entertainment outlets for you to relax in and wind down after a whirlwind marathon in the casino! Gil is easy to win, easy to lose and Luck can strike at any moment or turn her back on you with just as little warning!
To attract the attention of the major spirits of the casino is something that many visitors from the mortal realms wish. Caith Sith, the intelligent, feral cat spirit of gambling and chance can usually be found in the main hall of the casino were the slot machines are or over-seeing one of the Duels in the arena as announcer. On very rare occasions he might be performing his comedy act in one of the Cabaret Bars or serving his own special drinks behind the bar! He is easily recognizable for being the only talking cat in the room that wears a crown and uses a large animatronic moogle as a mount! He's happy to talk to anyone, hear your tales and your troubles and offer advice. If you want to pact him however he will challenge you to a game within the casino and expect you to win the game will always be picked by a random toss of the dice!
Lady Luck is harder to track down, she very rarely makes herself known to the visitors of her cathedral and trying to approach her for a pact or aid when she is performing is just very bad form and will likely get you kicked out of her realm to somewhere unpleasent like the Abyss or a muddy field in war-torn Valhalla. If you really want to attract lucks attention the surest way is to gamble big and we don't mean just throw all your money on a big game. What you should really aim for is the risky bet, the bet that is a win or lose, the riskier, more crazy the bet the better chance of something coming through whether you win or lose it is the fact you willingly take such a risk that will draw her attention! Of course the riskiest bet of them all is to state your intention to spin on the Wheel of Fate! Doing so will send the Casino and its occupants into a frenzy of excited preparation!
The Wheel of Fate is rarely spun, a mortal putting their very life on the line for one spin of the wheel whose result is binding! That will get the attention of Lady Luck and Caith Sith as they step up to host the fun and games that surround the spinning of the Wheel. All games and shows and betting turns its attention to the upcoming event, betting will race away on every subject from which result will be picked to how the player will react or if they will even bottle out and run! The player will be treated to 24 hours as a king, given the best suite in the hotel, a free gaming chip to play anything they want and then upon the 24th hour be expected to present themselves in the central gaming chamber, step forth and depress the switch to spin the wheel!
Of course anyone can back out at any time though claiming you're going to spin the wheel, going wild with your free gaming chip then backing out will bring dire consequences. It is said there can be a worse fate in store for people who try to abuse Lady Luck and Caith Sith's hospitality then spinning the wheel.
