Some Monsters need to be brought in alive for their harvests to be successful, but if you ask a Mage to go out and get himself some malboro tentacles, they'll laugh at you... unless they're Blue. Hunters are asked as often to bring back live game as they are to bring a meal for the table, and learning the skills of a successful capture is a necessity for the profession. |
System: If a Successfully targetted monster or animal of a Wounded Shot Attack is at 1 Hit Point, and is in melee range of this ability, they are considered Captured. They can no longer attack or defend, but Captured creatures provide no XP or treasure for the party. Instead the captured monster can be then considered an item in inventory for the purposes of sale or use. |
