Black Wizard

The phrase ‘That which does not kill us makes us stronger’ is something that every Black Mage understands before they take the robes of a Wizard. Not content with the basics of the craft, a Black Wizard utilizes his craft to cut swaths in groups of foes, and are often seen in armies providing critical support in breaking assaults and scattering formations. They are in some forms the most common sight in combat, despite their lack of physical defenses, relying on their shield-bearing, armor-clad brethren to buy them the breath to utter the words that will inevitably end the fight.
