Blizzard

As one of the three basic elements of Black Magic, Ice... or more commonly known as Blizzard is a more slightly advanced element for a mana-wielder to learn. Fittingly enough, it is also one of the most commonly learned and used spells in day to day life in desert cities. The ability to chill the air and cool a room, or turn water to ice invaluable not only to the rich and merchant class, but to travellers who fear succumbing to the desert's subtle might.
