Condense

Because an Alchemist knows how each and every potion in their inventory was made, this often means they know what elements are least necessary in it's deployment, and can concentrate down the materials to be temporarily more potent.  Sometimes this can be unsuccessful, but when it does work, it often times seems like one of these individuals can work miracles to rival any magic.

System: Roll Intelligence+Alchemy+Active/Condense vs 20.  On success, spend 2 MP and select an item from inventory.  Healing items are instantly used and are 50% more effective, Phoenix Down heals 50% of a KOed character's HP, and items that can be used to harm are 2% + Rank x2% more effective.  If roll is failed, item is destroyed.
