Jeer

Many Gadgeteers began their careers as builders, dock runners, cartmen, and other blue collar workers. As such, they tend to gain something of an earthy humor about them. But any wrench-hauler off the airship docks will tell you that a well-placed insult can get you farther than any threat or violence might.

System: Make Insight+Subterfuge+Active/Jeer check, resisted by Willpower+Fortitude. If the user is successful the target is inflicted with [Berserk] status for 1 round + 1 round per every six levels (5 rounds max). If the ability is resisted the target gains +2 to their next To-Hit on the one who Jeered.
