| Channellers, as they are called, are the odd duck of the Summoners. Instead of asking for the Spirit's direct help, they have asked the Spirit to embody themselves in a device, weapon, or armor that can be called to the Summoner in time of need. Many of the Greater Spirits find this pact more amusing than most, as it allows them to only have to devote a sliver to the Channeller, and gives them eyes and ears into the mortal world in return. While ecomonical for the Spirit, for the Summoner, it gives them in place of power, an arsenal of weapons that the world has never known. |
