Clothing: Azel doesn't uses shirts often, but in stealth "services" he puts a tight black shirt on to help him in his work, and in normal services he uses a old and comfortable brown top. He normally uses a loose-fitting black trousers, but sometimes can be seen using a dark grey shorts at worksites.

Background

Born in Emberstrand's slums, in a day that no one remembers, not even himself or his family. His father was a thief, an average one, and his mother was a common woman of the slums that dreamed high of traveling the lands of Dalmasca.

At the age of 15, Azel saw his mother commit suicide by jumping from the roof of a house of the slums, and from this day forward his life would change drastically. His father left him and his brothers in the streets of Emberstrand and disappeared, leaving Azel to take care of his two younger brothers. For a boy of his age and education, the only ways of surviving in the streets were the dark and cunning ways.

At the age of 18, Azel was contracted for a hard and dangerous job, steal a magical tome from one of the mage guilds of the city. After entering the guild manor through a window in the third floor, he stealthily entered the library and took the object of his mission. "No pain, no gain", as they say. Azel was found and imprisoned. For the time he remained in the guild prison, he was tortured using powerful spells, to the point of dying. After spilling the beans about who was his contractor, they freed him, with the condition of never entering the guild again.

Because of the suicide of his mother and the time he stayed at prison, Azel learned to hate death itself, and became unable to kill even a fly. He dislikes weapons of any sort, thus leaving him to the greatest art of the streets, the art of brawling. All the scars that he got on his body were caused during his "worktime", after all, he was the only one that was not using weapons to fight. His favorite weapons were the "Run for your life" and the "Punch and hide".

Now, at the age of 21, he's known as the "Slum Rat", the cunning squeak of the streets. His brothers had all departed to different ways of life, but are still linked by the past.

Azel's brothers

Azel father abandoned the three kids, and Azel was at the age of 15. The two younger boys gone to the orphanage. One of them was 11, and the other was 6. Azel didn't go to the orphanage, he begin to wander the streets and find work and "dirty" work to try to help his brothers. Sometimes he helped the orphanage, with money and help. He is loved by the kids. Nowadays he is at the age of 21, and his brothers are at 17 and 13. The younger one is still at the orphanage. That's the history.
