There are some energies that mortals should only trifle with carefully. Summoners pact with beings of power beyond their ken, Geomancers with the nascent energies of the planet... Time Mages manipulate the power of minutes and seconds. No one remembers who helped create time magic, but the rumors among those who have learned the art believe those who did so are either gone, or immortal.
