| It takes a rare breed to ask a Spirit to come to the physical world and fight for them. It needs a person who is willing to bind themselves so closely to one from the other realms that they might as well be considered an Esper. To earn the necessary trust and respect for a Spirit to allow it's Avatar to be manifested is considered a feat all of it's own, and Avatar Summoners are often given a wide berth. Some do it for the awe their power inspires, others... the fear that coming so close to beings who are so inhuman has changed them in ways they cannot even fathom. |
