Trust me... no one likes taking a hostage.  It's always a pain in the rear, and usually ends up doing more harm than good.  But sometimes these lot... Guards, Heroes, politicians... you name it, they don't leave you much of a choice.  If you've got to put a body between you and them, you make sure it's someone they don't particularly WANT to kill.  Or someone you at least hope they'll wing to get at you.  Either way, one arm around the neck and a shank at the kidney is about enough that most good-thinking folk will back off for a bit.

System: If Grab was successfully used on a Target, User can take that Grabbed opponent 'Hostage' on a Contested Strength+Brawl+Active/Hostage Roll vs Strength+Brawl+(Appicable Ability).  On Success, the Hostage takes any incoming damage of any source for the user until the start of their next action.  Each time damage is taken, Hostage roll must be re-rolled.  AoE Damage Attacks and Magic will still damage both user and victim.
