Moogles make weird stuff.  But this thing is simply brilliant.  Strap it to your wrist, and there's this little pistol that pops out when you flick your wrist just right.  It ain't gonna kill anything more than someone's good cheer, but because the barrel's so short, it makes a big, bright light.  Nice little piece, and I recommend anyone who gets into a good scrap should have one just in case you have to use it.
